The Opportunity
Valvoline LLC is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to own the management and execution of the VIOC customer lifecycle program. You’ll focus on driving engagement, retention, and loyalty by delivering personalized, data-driven experiences across DM, email, SMS and other CRM channels. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys testing, optimizing, and scaling impactful campaigns.
How You'll Make a Difference
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationship with CRM agency
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to maintain and improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across direct mail, email and SMS channels.
- Partner with analytics to review customer and campaign insights, opportunities and optimizations.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting results and insights to cross functional teams and stakeholders.
- Work closely with product, creative, and marketing teams to align campaigns with business priorities.
- Embrace cross-functional pilot projects, working towards the future VIOC vision.
- Stay on top of industry trends, best practices, and emerging CRM technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong knowledge of segmentation, automation, and personalization.
- Analytical thinker with experience using data to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
