I love this question. I actually ended up going, individually, to each of my family members and asking them, without even prompting them, "What do you think the value we have the most "in this service center, the culture we have in our store?" And each one of them, without even hesitation, said, "Making our jobs safe and fun." They said it's such a great work environment to be a part of. And the fact that we all maintain each other's safety and to actually look out for one another is such a cool thing and that we all just do it without hesitation and just having so much fun each and every single day with one another, and ensuring that we are becoming successful and we're taking care of our customers and delivering V-class service. So, to me, in this answer with my team and my family, is making our jobs safe and fun. We strive to live that each and every single day, as a team and delivering that to our customers.

When I think of a career at Valvoline, I think of the amazing work culture, competitiveness and a drive for success at what we do. Becoming an assistant manager for Valvoline involves strong leadership, being motivational, and what we would say, "being hungry." Daily tasks involves floor control, team development and so much more. One great attribute about Valvoline is how fast you can develop in the company. Development is a huge part of what we do and Valvoline makes sure we take care of our people.

Being in a support role, I define success as delivering on what we said we were going to do when we said we were gonna do it, and how we were going to deliver it. We have a lot of moving parts in our business, and we have people depending on the work that we do and the support we provide. So whether it's the latest marketing materials or a new training program, it's exciting to work with people in the service centers to roll out these items, and then to see the positive impact it has on them and their ability to hit their goals.
