The Opportunity

The Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and scaling high-impact partnerships that drive business growth and enhance customer and operational outcomes. This role will lead to end-to-end partnership lifecycle management – from opportunity identification and deal negotiation to execution, performance tracking, and optimization. This role is both strategic and execution focused, with strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and relationship management skills.

 

How You'll Make a Difference

Partnership Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with company growth objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partnership opportunities across key business areas.

Deal Structuring & Negotiation

  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial and scalable terms.
  • Partner with legal, finance, and executive stakeholders, to structure deals that balance risk and reward.

Partnership Execution & Management

  • Oversee the successful implementation of partnerships, coordinating cross-functional resources (product, operations, marketing, finance, etc.)
  • Manage partnership budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI accountability.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, driving ongoing alignment and collaboration.

Performance Measurement & Insights

  • Define success metrics and KPIs for partnerships.
  • Analyze performance data and generate insights to inform decision-making and continuous performance.
  • Regularly communicate results, risks, and opportunities to internal stakeholders.

Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging partnership models.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and best practices to enhance partnership strategy.

Scaling & Optimization

  • Evaluate partnership outcomes and recommend strategies to scale or expand high-performing initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in partnership processes, frameworks, and governance.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5-8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, corporate strategy, or related roles
  • Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and managing complex partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and execution discipline
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
