The Opportunity

The Sr. Procurement Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Procurement function by managing purchase order processing, vendor setup and maintenance, and procurement system administration. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure accurate purchasing transactions, efficient vendor onboarding, and timely resolution of procurement inquiries. The position also supports procurement reporting, system training for requisitioners, and coordination with third-party partners involved in billing and vendor management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree a plus
  • Some professional experience is desired, experience in a Procurement/Purchasing role is a plus.
  • Must have experience working in SAP.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communications skills, be a great teammate, be detail oriented and driven to succeed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
