Job Description

Change (VIOC) with operations in both the East and West Coasts. Our VIOC locations provide quick, easy and trusted
lube and other light vehicle maintenance drive-through services using a unique team-oriented and customer-focused
approach. Henley’s Corporate Offices are based out of Irvine, California and Newton, Massachusetts. Henley has grown

POSITION SUMMARY:
The I.T. Installation Technician is a full-time non-exempt position and is responsible for the installation, maintenance,
testing, troubleshooting, and replacing of IP-based equipment, cabling, and other telecommunications equipment in the
field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Ensures compliance to customer specifications and Company
requirements. This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position reporting to the Help Desk & System Support Manager.
This position is based out of the Fresno area, CA. Starting hourly rate is $32.41.

• Install, set up, monitor, and maintain in-store systems including
o Phone system
o Alarms
o Audio/Video (surveillance)
o Company Point of Sale (POS) computers
o Company biometric timeclocks
o Network Wiring
• Provide in-person and online support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot system related issues and outages.
• Provides updates, status and completion information to manager and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail or inperson
communication.
• Performs other related specialized duties as assigned.

• Technical capabilities including low voltage wiring and wire management
• Trouble-shooting experience
• Thoroughness, attention to detail
• Time Management: ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities
• Clear Communications; verbal and written
• Customer focused orientation
• Ability to interact effectively with internal customers, vendor partners and external constituents as needed.
Education and Experience
•
Specialized degree, certifications, or equivalent proven work experience
•
Two or more years of relevant experience in a technical field
ENVIRONMENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
•
70-80% of work in Company Service Centers and field offices, working under field service environmental conditions.
•
20-30% of work in a climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions.

While performing the duties of this job, you will regularly be required to see, sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel, and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear. While performing the duties of this job, you may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight, or exert a force up to a maximum of 50 pounds.

A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required; regular travel by vehicle will be required.
•
Occasional overnight travel to other regions may be required.
