The Opportunity
How You’ll Make an Impact
We need a quick learner who can become a subject matter expert in the Valvoline Quick Lube Management (VQLM) Development and Construction Team. In the role, you would be responsible for:
- Managing remodels, property improvement projects and conversions of VIOC company stores.
- History of managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Qualifying and maintaining contractor networks.
- Providing spend forecasts and delivering projects within predefined budgets.
- Quality control and delivery of project within industry and company standards.
- Ability to multitask and handle as many as 20 projects simultaneously.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction/Engineering or Equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to travel to Canada.
What Will Set You Apart
- Minimum 8 years of remodel/medium size construction project management experience, retail preferred.
- Experience in scoping, budgeting, bid execution and providing quality control of multiple projects.
- Excellent organization and communication skills are essential.
- Travel requirement is approximately 50%
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
