The Opportunity

How You’ll Make an Impact

We need a quick learner who can become a subject matter expert in the Valvoline Quick Lube Management (VQLM) Development and Construction Team. In the role, you would be responsible for:

• Managing remodels, property improvement projects and conversions of VIOC company stores.
• History of managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Qualifying and maintaining contractor networks.
• Providing spend forecasts and delivering projects within predefined budgets.
• Quality control and delivery of project within industry and company standards.
• Ability to multitask and handle as many as 20 projects simultaneously.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction/Engineering or Equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. 
• Ability to travel to Canada.

What Will Set You Apart

• Minimum 8 years of remodel/medium size construction project management experience, retail preferred.
• Experience in scoping, budgeting, bid execution and providing quality control of multiple projects.
• Excellent organization and communication skills are essential.
• Travel requirement is approximately 50%
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
