About the Role

Mr. Sparkle Car Wash & Detail Center is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Sales Associate to join our fast-paced team. You'll be the face of our brand — greeting customers, promoting membership packages, and offering our premium detail center services. No two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers with confidence, energy, and a winning attitude
• Promote and sell car wash membership plans and upgrade packages
• Actively promote and close sales on Detail Center services including interior detailing, exterior paint cleansing and protection, headlight restoration, and steam technology
• Hit daily and monthly sales goals — and celebrate when you crush them
• Educate customers on the value of routine vehicle care and detailing services
• Create an energetic, welcoming experience from the moment customers pull in
• Work alongside a motivated team in a fast-moving, high-energy environment

What We're Looking For

• A natural people person with contagious, positive energy
• Strong communication skills, bilingual and the ability to think on your feet
• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Ability to learn and confidently explain car wash and detailing services
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to bring it every single shift
