- Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to people managers on performance management, attendance, employee engagement, and leader effectiveness.
- Execute and support core HR processes at scale, including onboarding, performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, and workforce transitions.
- Manage employee relations matters common to high‑volume environments, including attendance, performance, conduct, policy interpretation, and compliance with wage-and-hour and employment laws.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver HR programs and services in a consistent, compliant, and efficient manner.
- Leverage workforce data and reports to spot patterns in turnover, absenteeism, hiring speed, and engagement, then turn those findings into practical steps.
- Partner with leaders to reinforce a fair, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture that supports retention and performance.
- Assist with organizational change efforts by promoting team expansion, updating roles, refining processes, and introducing new technologies, while emphasizing transparent communication and leader preparedness.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, practical guidance in fast-moving situations
- Comfort working in a high-change, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities
- Experience using HR systems and workforce data to support decision-making preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
