How You'll Make an Impact

In this role, the Sr. Manager UX Lead will lead a team to design best-in-class interfaces, dialogs, and research to get closer to our customers. You'll develop and articulate a strategic vision for the portfolio and prioritization with trade-offs. You'll analyze customer behaviors, identify opportunities to solve problems and create an innovative customer-centric experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Build out and lead a team to design best-in-class interfaces and research to get closer to our customers
  • Develop and articulate a strategic vision for the portfolio and prioritization trade-offs.
  • Define and build UX standards that are used with product and engineering counterparts to elevate and evolve the customer experience so we can consistently meet customer needs
  • Lead research, prototyping, and UX designers for various business operations
  • Lead innovation of new products and capabilities focused on building customer trust, simplicity, and convenience
  • Analyze customer behaviors, identify opportunities to solve problems, and create an innovative customer experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment 

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field  
  • Minimum of seven years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, product designer, or similar role designing mobile, web, and/or other applications
  • Minimum of three years of leadership experience  
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Proven experience with rapid, iterative research, design and development processes
  • Proven track record presenting to and influencing people, from other designers to senior executive management 
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
