What we prefer in candidates


  • ASE Certifications
  • Provide own tools
  • Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests
  • Previous experience working in a high-end automotive facility or dealership
  • Previous experience working in a lean-manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience working for a fast-paced hyper growth company
