The Opportunity
Valvoline has a rewarding opportunity as a Marketing Coordinator - Brand Communications and Creative Operations. In this role, you will ensure our brand comes to life seamlessly across in-store merchandising, digital media, and in-market campaigns. You’ll work cross-functionally with the in-house and external creative agencies as well as media teams to support brand initiatives and ensure everything runs smoothly.
How You'll Make a Difference
- Project Management: Oversee internal creative requests, ensuring projects are executed on time and align with brand standards.
- Budget Support: Managing estimates, opening POs, processing invoices, and tracking overall progress for program budgets.
- Field Support: Respond to requests from stores, ensuring they have the right signage and merchandising materials to create a great customer experience.
- Creative Trafficking: Manage and distribute creative assets to our media agency and internal teams, making sure our brand messaging is consistent and impactful.
- Asset Management: Manage the creative library on the brand portal to ensure it remains up to date and be responsible for the process of archiving project assets across teams to our digital asset management platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, marketing leads, and external partners to bring campaigns to life.
- Quality Control: Ensure brand visuals and messaging are accurate and aligned across all touchpoints.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Passion for branding, retail marketing, and creating engaging customer experiences
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication skills-you will be working with multiple teams and need to keep everyone on the same page
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset-you’ll be handling brand assets and making sure everything looks just right
- Experience with project management tools (like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello) is preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
