The Opportunity

• Overview: The Accounts Payable Manager oversees the entire AP function to ensure efficient and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

  Primary duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable team
  • Coordinate with other departments, including Procurement and Treasury, to manage the end-to-end accounts payable processes
  • Provide training and guidance to the accounts payable team
  • Ensure accurate coding of invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts
  • Drive process improvements within accounts payable by leveraging SAP system functionality and ensuring adherence to industry best practices
  • Monitor vendor accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies or disputes
  • Analyze accounts payable data and provide accurate reporting, including aging reports, and month-end accrual reports
  • Maintain internal controls over accounts payable process to safeguard company assets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail required

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years experience in accounts payable
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory role
• SAP experience preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
